Super Recall Function
Overview
TDO has a Super Recall function that makes a special effort to track high priority cases for which you want to make sure you obtain a recall.
The patient can be categorized as a Super Recall by clicking the Super Recall checkbox from either the Final Report page or the patient's Recall page. Super Recall patients will also show up on the recall report.

Mark a case for Super Recall on the Final Report page:

The Super Recall cases can be viewed by , clicking ‘Reporting Tools’ on the top menu bar and select
Administrative > Recall Appointments > Recall Appointments
You can also pull a report for Super Recalls overdue > 30 days in case form or report form

Super Recall patients will have the Super Recall box checked
Report Form:
This can be printed to see a full list of notes from attempts to contact the patient.
