It has been brought to our attention that some or all revisions of TDO Version 12 (including the latest general release: 12.338) suffer from an issue that prevents WIA drivers from being used successfully with the ‘Scan‘ button in TDO‘s Acquire Window.
To check whether you are using a WIA driver with any of your devices (usually a scanner), click the ‘Scan‘ button in TDO and see if any of the available sources start with the prefix ‘WIA-‘. If you see any such sources, we recommend that you confer with your IT Professional and try to find a TWAIN driver for the device in question.
