eRx Script error - eRx showing the incorrect time zone

If you are unable to click 'yes' on the error and continue, contact support for a fix per workstation.

Support has a fix for TDO versions 12.416d & 12.405g. If you are on version 12.373g or lower, please update your TDO to the latest version.

A workaround is to use eRx through the Admin Portal. Only the doctor will have access through the Admin portal to create prescriptions.

If there is an issue with eRx module displaying the incorrect time zone, contact support for a fix for each workstation.

The eRx fix is for TDO versions 12.405g and 12.416d.
For older versions of TDO, it is recommended to have TDO updated to the latest version released.
