Printing Signed Policy and Consent Forms

Overview

If you would like to print a signed copy of a consent form, follow these steps:

Detailed Instructions

• Navigate to the proper patient’s record in TDO
• At the top of the program, click on Main Data and select Review Policy/Consent Signatures
• Click on the print button in the lower right corner.
• Flip to the next consent form by using the arrows at the bottom of the page.
