The Format String form lets you customize many areas of your TDO.
To open this option in Version 12 select Setup, then select Program Setup on the top menu bar, and lastly select Format String
The first section lets you select which icons you would like to display on your appointments. If you put your mouse over one of the names it will display the legend showing what the icon looks like. This is a user setting.
In the phone mask section, you can remove the formatting showing for phone numbers or change it as you wish. What is entered here is how phone numbers will be displayed throughout the program.
Most date fields in TDO use the formatting set up in your windows regional settings. However there is a few that have a general date format for input. Please enter the format here you wish to use, if it is different than our default.
Finally, enter the type of fees you use. Offices in the US will keep ADA Codes but if your fees are referred to by a different enter it here.
