On the final report page of the patient’s chart the final treatment notes are entered. Using macro notes to enter these notes is very efficient. Macro notes allow you to enter a complete, predefined note, with a single click.
You can create these Macro Notes by clicking Program Setup on the top menu bar and then selecting Final Report Macro Notes.
First, name the note and then enter the actual note. The note can be a sentence or paragraph. You would use this feature to create your common notes that you enter over and over on cases.
