On the right side of the patient Note page, there is a Clinical Findings at this Visit section.
Detailed Instructions
This is an optional section; however, it is an easy way to document clinical findings for each appointment.
When entering a note for the patient’s visit, click the findings that apply. The items you select will automatically be included in the patients note.
