Daily Snapshot

Overview

The Daily Snapshot is a smaller version of our regular Snapshot report.  The Daily Snapshot just has your basic financial information for the current date, including production and collections. 

Detailed Instructions

To open:

Reports > Financial > Daily Snapshot 

You will see totals for all individual doctors and then a practice total, if there is more than one doctor in your practice.

• You may double-click on any value, and a second form will open showing the details of where that number came from.
• You may print the main snapshot page, or any of the detail pages, by right-clicking on blank space and selecting Print.

There is one other Summary report available on this page.  Double-click on the doctor’s name at the top of the column.  This will open up the Snapshot Summary Report. This report summarizes details for each day and then grand totals at the bottom for the selected time period. To print, right mouse click.
