Adding DentalXChange information into TDO

How to add Dental X Change password to TDO.

TDO Version 12

Setup > Site Configuration > Electronic Claims Setup

Select WebClaims - ClaimConnect

Webclaim User Name: (DentalXChange login username)

Webclaim Password: (DentalXChange login password)

TDO Version 11

To set up electronic claims in TDO, all you need to do is click Administrative at the top of the program and select Electronic Claims Setup.

Select WebClaims - ClaimConnect

and enter your DentalXChange username and password in the corresponding fields

Note: *If you change your username or password to DentalXChange please remember to change it in the Eclaims Setup in TDO
