Viewing Patient Notes

Overview

Patient's Notes Page filters and pop-up.

   Notes will always show based on the current filters selected at the top of the Notes tab. If you want to see all the notes make sure to have the filter set at Show, Show, Show, Show. 
2. Most of the time in the operatory, you will want to set the filter to:  Both (show patient and current tooth notes), Show (show private notes), Hide (hide administrative notes), Hide (hide hidden notes).  These filters can be changed to show different types of notes. 
3. Once the filter is correct, use the arrow buttons at the bottom to go through the notes.
4. Notes can also be viewed as a pop-up form by clicking the “Notes” button on the top toolbar.
