Ability to sign Pre-Treatment Estimates on Web Infograbber

Overview

Offices using TDO can now allow their patients to sign Pre-Treatment Estimates using the Web based infograbber.

 

In order to use this new functionality, an active TDO Cloud subscription is required. 

 

Detailed Steps:

  1. Add fees in the Fees page.

 

  1. Log on to the Web Infograbber.

 

  1. Search for the patient who needs the Pre-Treatment Estimate signed.

 

  1. Select the Pre Treatment Estimate option.

 

  1. Click on Open Pre Treatment Estimate button.

 

  1. The Pre Treatment Estimate form will open.

 

  1. Have the patient to sign in the Patient Signature box using either the patient’s finger or the stylus pen.

  1. Have the authorized person in the practice to sign in the Practice Signature box using the finger or stylus pen.

 

  1. Click on Submit.

  2. Click on Finish.

 

  1. Open Image Organizer in TDO and the Pre Treatment Estimate will be saved as a PDF.

 

  1. Double-Click on the PDF icon and the Pre Treatment Estimate with signatures will open.
