Accessing the Medical History Summary

Detailed Instructions

1. On a patient that has completed their Medical History, click the Medical History Summary tab.
2. A summary of the patient’s medical history will show including the patient’s prescription history.
3. Review the information and enter any Doctor Notes necessary on this page.
4. If you wish to open the complete medical history, click the Med History button at the top of the page.
5. You may review summaries from all previous medical histories entered.  Select the appropriate date from the Medical History Date combo box.
