Security vulnerability with remote access tool

On the morning of Sunday, February 22, 2026, TDO Software identified a security vulnerability in its remote access provider’s platform. This vulnerability may have created a potential exposure risk during some remote support sessions.
Action taken by TDO
We took immediate action by disabling the affected remote support service and escalating the issue directly with the vendor for investigation and remediation.
Recommended Action 
TDO strongly recommends that you contact your IT professional and ask them to perform a full system scan of your network to check for any potential vulnerabilities or malware.
