On 6/9, there was a Windows Update that was causing letters not to load and the image organizer to crash TDO. The KB number is: KB5094126
Please download the patch from https://tdoer.tdo4endo.com/TechnicalSupport/DownloadSoftware.aspx (which will require the doctor’s login information) and save to the TDO Builds directory on your server(s). If you are unable to download the file, and it is not already present in the TDO Builds directory on your server, please contact technical support for assistance.
