Why staying up to date matters
A significant share of support tickets stem from outdated software versions — and in many cases, the reported issue has already been fixed in a newer release.
Our most recent general release is more stable, faster and includes a range of improvements designed to make everyday use smoother.
Recommendation
We strongly recommend running the most current version of TDO.
Doing so ensures:
- Access to the latest features and performance improvements
- The best overall user experience
- The most effective support, since troubleshooting is faster and more accurate on current versions
Support policy
Per the TDO User Agreement (Section 4.4d), customers are required to keep their software up to date. TDO officially supports only the two most recent software versions (Section 4.3). Versions outside this window may not be eligible for full support.
