Prescriptions Tab overview

Overview

Steps for the Prescriptions Tab.

1. ---

   Click the “Prescriptions” tab in the patient’s chart.
2. Enter the Qnty, Sig, Freq, Med. Prescribed, Dosage, and Refills.  Tooth and date will fill in automatically.
3. Use the Autofill at the bottom to enter commonly prescribed medications faster.
4. To view the drug details of an individual medication, click the Detail button on the right of that row.
5. Click the Check Interaction button to view interactions between prescribed medications and medications currently taking.
