How to get Technical Support

Submit Ticket through TDO

This is the preferred method and the quickest way to contact TDO Technical Support. Simply follow these steps in order to submit a technical support ticket from inside of TDO:

1)   In TDO, go to “Help” on the top right menu

2)   Then, select “About TDO/Submit Ticket”

3)   Click “Submit Ticket” on bottom right

4)   Complete all areas of the form and when finished, click “Submit”

5)   You will be contacted by a Technical Support Specialist shortly. There is no need to call TDO Technical Support.


Communicate through “Live Chat” Online

Our TDO Technical Support Specialists are available online Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Pacific Time). To contact Live Support online, please follow the steps below:

1)   Go to www.tdo4endo.com

2)   Click on “Live Chat” on top right of the home page

3)   If Live Chat shows in red, simply leave a message. If Live Chat shows in green, complete the form and in seconds, you will be communicating with a Support Specialist.


Additional Support Resources

We offer two additional technical support resources which you may take advantage of at any time. These resources were created based on the questions and needs of TDO users just like you!

1)   TDO Online Training – our online training is available 24/7 at tdouniversity.

2)   TDO Help Menu – There are links to help modules inside of TDO! To access the Help menu, open TDO, go to Help (on the top right side) and select the desired help module. The link to the TDO knowledge base will allow you to do a keyword search. You can access TDO Live chat here as well.


Contacting Technical Support by Phone

We recommend that you take advantage of the resources above for the quickest response possible; however, Technical Support is also available toll free at 877-HELP-TDO. Please know that your call will be handled in the order in which it was received and urgent issues may take priority over your call. As such, your call may not be handled immediately and the resources above may take care of your issue in a more timely fashion.
