On 6/9, there was a Windows Update that was causing letters and the image organizer not to open. The KB number is:
KB5094126
This update needs to be uninstalled from Windows and the computer rebooted to restore functionality to the IO and letters module. Please have your IT hide that update on any computer that hasn’t installed the update yet to prevent it from being installed.
