How to print from Letters Module without email SMTP setting

Overview

After a new Installation of TDO 11, when you try to just print a letter from the letters module you receive the following error:

"You do not have email setting configured in Edit Control Table. Please configure or edit the delivery options"

TDO 11 requires at least the SMTP server to be entered on email settings. This was modified in TDO 12 or later versions to have a default SMTP server for new installations.
