Acquiring PDFs via Folder Monitor

Overview

TDO now offers the ability to add previously saved pdfs to a patient’s image organizer via the Folder Monitor functionality on the Acquire Page.

This functionality was added in TDO Version 12.355m. If you would like to use this functionality as described, please make sure you are using Version 12.355m or higher.

Detailed Instructions

Open the Acquire Tab

Click the Camera Icon to initiate the Folder Monitor process.

Open the folder configured to be used with Folder Monitor.

Drop a PDF into that folder.

The first page of that PDF will show in Acquire and the PDF will be saved into the Image Organizer.

Open the Image Organizer and click the Image link and it will open up the full PDF to be viewed.
