How to retrieve an X-ray not saved when using Carestream or XDR Integration

Overview

This will show you how to retrieve an X-ray from the Acquire page if an X-ray was not saved into the IO with TDO integrated sensors, Carestream or XDR.

Detailed Instructions

Go to the patient record you would like to recover the X-ray that was not saved. 

Open Acquire

Folder – File Action – Open Patient Folder

This opens the patient's X-ray folder on the TDO Server. Click on either the Carestream or XDR folder. You will only see the folder of the sensor you use. 

Double-click on the DCM file you want to save to TDO. Once the X-ray is in the acquire page, you can adjust as needed and save to the Image Organizer.
