Generate a report based on T rating

How to generate a report based on the T rating (an indicator of the patient’s temperament)

Detailed Instructions

• Right-click the value you would like to base the report on. For instance, T1 (there are several values in the program that can generate reports in this fashion. The majority of the fields on the main patient tab, for instance)
• Select the “View Cases for Specified Values”
• Under “Report Type select Report List
• Under “Search Value,” make sure to select 1
• TDO will give you the option to enter the date range
• Also, if you want to show the list only for “Completed Cases”, you will see the checkbox selected. If you want to include open and completed cases, uncheck the box for Completed cases
• Then click on “Add to Filter” button
• Click on “Display” button
• The report will be generated for you
• You can right-click on the report to print
