EHR Audit Log and the Exam Log

Overview

There are two reports for auditing changes that have occurred in the program. Here is how to find them, and what they do.

Detailed Instructions

Reporting Tools > Administrative > Exam Log
Exam Log: Shows deleted teeth and if teeth numbers were changed.

Reporting Tools > Administrative > EHR Audit Log
EHR audit log: Shows who accessed what patient record, if a tooth was added, and if something was updated.

Both reports list the time of the change, the tooth number, the computer, and the user who was logged in when the change was made.
