How to retrieve a deleted X-ray

Overview

This will show you how to retrieve an X-ray from the Acquire page if an X-ray or a tooth was deleted and X-rays were not moved to another tooth. 

Detailed Instructions

Go to the patient record you would like to retrieve X-rays for. 

Open Acquire

Folder – File Action – Open Patient Folder

This opens this patient's X-ray folder on the TDO Server.

Right mouse click in a blank space – View – icons

Choose only the numbered image. Ex. 1, 2, 3. Click on the image you want and click open. It will then populate into Acquire and you can save it to the Image Organizer.
