For our Canadian TDO Users, if you receive an iCA error when submitting an electronic claim, please check the following iTrans link: http://www.goitrans.com/status/claimstatus.htm

This link will let you know whether iTrans is currently down. While there are other reasons why error codes can display when submitting a claim, this is an important first step in troubleshooting. 

If it is down, please wait to submit your claim.
