TDO Cloud Service Features

• Patient Login Portal - Patients can complete their registration forms from home. Cloud also allows patients to confirm their upcoming appointment, which will automatically update their confirmation status in TDO.
• Referring Doctor Login Portal - Referring doctors can view reports, patient information, images, and letters emailed/printed to them. Referring doctors can also refer patients directly into TDO.
• Admin Doctor Login Portal - Doctors and staff can view the schedule, call list, patient information, referring doctor information, reports, and add notes. Doctors with e-prescriptions can also prescribe remotely through the portal.
• Web-based Infograbber - The web-based Infograbber allows patient forms to be completed on any tablet (iPad, Android, etc.). Otherwise, the software-based Infograbber must be installed on a Windows tablet.
• Cloud Backup - Includes daily TDO database backups from the last 7 days as well as a full cloud backup of TDO X-Rays, reports, and uploaded images/documents. CBCTs are excluded.
• Email Accounts  - 5 email accounts hosted by Google Workspace. (5 emails per paid Cloud Services location).
• TDO Cloud Reports - TDO Cloud Reports offers many more report options to choose from.
• TDO Cloud Letters - TDO Cloud Letters is our web-based text editor used to generate reports and letters. Cloud Letters conveniently replaces the need for Microsoft Word.
• Website (Standard Template) - A standard template website is a great option for startup practices or doctors who prefer to keep things simple. A login portal to edit the website is included. Custom, premier template websites are available to purchase. Alternatively, third-party websites can be used. We do not host third-party websites. To connect our login pages with your third-party website, we will give you links to your login pages.
