There is a place in the program where you can keep information on the equipment in your office.

It is helpful to have this information handy for times when you need repairs or need to contact the vendor.

Detailed Instructions

TDO Version 12: 
To open the equipment form select Setup> Site Configuration then select Equipment Information

TDO Version 11:
To open the equipment form select Administrative then select Equipment Information
