XDR Integration sensors crashing

Windows 11 or Windows 10 Version 22H2 or Windows Updates causing XDR to crash TDO - KB5027117 and KB5011048

There have been issues with XDR sensors crashing TDO when updating to Windows 11 Version 22H2. There has been recent Windows updates that are causing this behavior as well.

Please contact support for a fix that is applied to the workstation(s) you use XDR sensors on. The fix is only for TDO versions 12.373g, 12.405g and 12.416d.

If you would like to apply the fix yourself you can find it at tdoer.tdo4endo.com. Log in with the doctors credentials and go to Download TDO. The file is called TDOXDRWin11Fix.exe.

Instructions for running the fix.

  1. Make sure TDO is closed before running.
  2. Run TDOXDR Win11Fix.exe on every workstation with the issue. It will read the ini file to figure out which version of TDO is installed and will copy the appropriate Acquire dll. It will then run the vcredist_x86_2012.exe.
  3. Auto fix. Open TDO and test.
