As of 05-01-2025, the Rectangle Health payment processing integration has been deprecated.

Starting on version 12.463 of TDO-12, a deprecation notice (Fig. A) regarding Rectangle Payment Processing will come up when “Credit Card” is selected as the type of payment when receiving a payment from the patients' ledger.
Users can acknowledge the notice by clicking OK, and the payment will be recorded in the patient's ledger as normal; however the transaction will NOT be processed through rectangle. Users must instead process the payment on Rectangle Health's online portal.

How to disable the deprecation notice
The deprecation notice can be disabled through a per-workstation setting under: Setup > Site Config > Control Table > Workstation Settings > Credit Card Settings.
The Credit Card Settings must be configured to Unknown as seen below.
